| Since graduating in Sports Science Andrew has continued his
education through both gym based and sports specific training.
Whilst working as a personal trainer in London. Andrew developed
a technique orientated style ensuring people focus on how their
body feels during exercise. Awareness of body position and posture
during movements can make exercise easier as well as ensuring
maximum reward for the effort that’s put in. Now working
independently Andrew has a wide and varied client base. He enjoys
working with people all ages on general health and fitness.
He has also been working with Kingston College Trampoline Academy
as strength and conditioning coach, which includes training
the current under 17 world synchronised trampoline champions.
Through participation in a wide variety of sports from football
and rugby to climbing and canoeing he is able to draw on his
knowledge to build an all round programme for complete physical
well being. An outdoors person he likes working in the open
air and taking advantage of apparatus in parks to give a fun
workout.
