David’s background is semi-professional rugby league
and union; he has represented Scotland at age grade level and
been part of the Scotland Rugby Academy.
After completing his Personal Trainer qualifications, David
moved to London where he has worked for two prestigious health
clubs. He enjoyed working with a variety of clients, all with
different health & fitness requirements.
David now specialises in sports specific training; preparing
clients for milestone events such as 10k runs, marathons and
triathlons as well as team sports training in rugby, hockey
and football. He also works with clients on their core conditioning
& weight management.
David has a refreshing approach to personal training - he incorporates
elements of life coaching and psychology into all his sessions
and adheres to the principles of "whole body fitness".
Clients benefit from the development of positive thought processes
& a healthier outlook on life.
David is currently undertaking a BSc (Hons) degree in Health
Studies with the Open University.
