| Emily-Jane originally trained as a dancer, a career that took
her to New York and then London from her native Glasgow. She has
been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years, working
as both a studio based instructor and one to one trainer.
In additional to personal training, Emily-Jane specializes
in Pilates (either in isolation, or in conjunction with other
training), which can assist with better postural alignment,
reduced back pain, increased muscle strength and core stability,
and increased flexibility.
Emily-Jane also teaches ballet and jazz dance at professional
dance colleges in London and Glasgow.
