How it works Initial Consultation We provide
a no-obligation, free consultation, to discuss your aims,
objectives and individual requirements. This normally lasts 30-45
minutes.
After an agreed number of sessions, during which
various fitness testing techniques can be used, your trainer will
design a specific programme for you. This programme should then be
regularly reviewed to ensure progress and help keep your training
sessions interesting and
challenging.
Monitoring Once your programme has
been designed, your trainer will work through it with you ensuring
your confidence and safety. Results are tracked to show your
improvements and to ensure that the programme is working.
As
with many of our clients a fitness programme allows you to make a
small investment into ensuring you are training effectively on your
own. Clients can then come back to Energyburst for regular reviews.
