You've heard it many times before……you are what you eat! A healthy diet is essential in building & maintaining optimum fitness, vitality & well-being. With so much recent media attention, the mass of information regarding nutrition can be bewildering - each week there seems to be a new diet fad or health scare.

The benefits of a healthy diet are numerous:

· A sense of well-being
· Improved immune system
· Greater mental clarity
· Healthy weight management

Our Personal Trainers can give simple nutritional advice that best suits your goals, training schedules & lifestyle. In some instances, drastic changes are required, but in the majority of cases a few basic alterations in what you eat & drink can have immediate & positive effects.

We use the following process:

1. Your trainer will ask you to keep a food diary over an agreed period of time to give a snapshot of your current diet.

2. This diary is then analysed & discussed in a Nutritional Consultation

3. Your trainer will provide simple suggestions & guidelines to compliment you & your lifestyle.

4. Reviews are made throughout your training sessions, with further guidance being given when necessary.
